I have seen rachel over the past 10 years for occupational related problems, namely my lower back, due to lifting. she had given me exercises to prevent back spasms and to strengthen core muscles, along with hands-on bodywork. i highly recommend her.
I have used rachel for a few years with mainly cycling related injuries and problems always with fantastic results.she is very knowledgeable and a really nice person too. highly recommended.
