Charalene is a great teacher whether you are a beginner or have been practicing yoga for years. She’s trained with some of the best Yogis and you can see it in her style of teaching.

Before I started classes with Charalene, I could barely move from a back injury. I am now feeling better than I have in years. I have found her to be a patient and understanding teacher who can teach different levels of yoga to all age groups. I highly recommend her.
