First time for yoga, but i felt the benefits at end of session. i was exercising muscles i didn't know i had.
A beautiful cozy studio. we did the partner yoga workshop and had such a good time. we were greeted warmly and offered ginger tea, a lovely touch. the studio is small which is quite nice as even if it was full the teacher would still be able to see and assist you. i only wish i lived closer to visit more often!
