New premises, nice and warm and no longer a bad smell of damp like the old building, plenty of parking now too. Lovely staff who can't do enough to help you. Only gripe is the fur dryer noise from the grooming parlour is way too loud when the door is open, can't hear the staff if nearby. Please keep the door closed thanks.

Everyone here is so friendly, welcoming and helpful.The shop is well laid out with a great array of products. Special mention to Danielle who went out of her way to advise and help me concerning my dog's diet. She's made a real difference and it's much appreciated. Great customer service here! Thank you!
