Ashley was amazing and really listened about my rat issue, nothing too much trouble and felt he cared. Rats are gone. He really has the human touch, so empathetic and made me feel better about it all and not so alone. Extremely reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any infestations. Had an extremely awkward wasps nest which Ashley sorted for me the same day. It was in a very awkward position and most people would have said sorry I can’t do this. Ashley has been amazing, such a lovely bloke and really does want to do a good job which is sometimes hard to find! Cannot recommend him enough! He was round the following day after my enquiry and very informative and just makes you feel at ease. Highly recommended.
