Really reliable. Only issue now is you really need to book. Getting a spontaneous booking your looking to wait upto an hour. Even long time customers

I have always used Sadlers and have found them to be efficient, helpful and reliable therefore I was very disappointed and shocked to be informed today that my booking for 4th October, which was made last week, will not be honoured as it is a strike day.

Used for an early morning trip, very easy to book. Taxi driver arrived a couple of mins early/on time which was excellent. Paid on card in the cab. Needed an invoice for work, called and got emailed one instantly. Very good service.
