I recently attended my first Yoga & Brunch with Abbey and it was truly wonderful. Abbey is a fabulous teacher and really knowledgable. The venue was beautiful, lovely friendly people with a mix of abilities and the food was delish! Highly recommend joining Abbey for a class/brunch/retreat and more. 5 Star review!!!!

I attended a 4 week yoga workshop with Abbey at Mill House in Hertford. Abbey is an amazing yoga teacher, always gives clear instructions and you are able to make great progress in her lessons. She is very positive and creates a lovely atmosphere. She is the best yoga teacher around! Would definitely recommend her classes!
