Super friendly and really helpful. I booked my slot a couple of weeks in advance and had the bike ready to collect within 48hours of leaving the bike with them. The are very transparent on what needs to be done on the bike and the price breakdowns. I would absolutely recommend!

Just want say how amazing Sarah at Watford Cycle Hub was today teaching my daughter to ride a bike. Within an hour she was able to ride completely independently. So impressed, would highly recommend!
