Called andy in the afternoon about our 2 year old hotpoint oven not working and he suggested a few ideas to avoid a visit but to no avail. andy came early the very next day and fixed it - the fan was the cause of a lot of problems. i swear it is working way better than new. professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous.
