NRG Gym Watford

Decent gym, was offered a free day pass in exchange for a review which was nice. Plenty of decent equipment, some of which did have heavy signs of wear. But that's to be expected. Friendly staff, Not too busy but I went at an off peak time. Elevator was out of use so had to climb the 3 flights of stairs. Overall 7/10 would go again.

Absolutely exquisite experience, never been to a gym such as this. Amazing staff that helped me with my form substantially. I recommend this gym to everyone no matter your capabilities or experience.
