Second time I’ve come here (first was for my navel); I got my helix pierced today. Quick and easy process. Piercer was absolutely lovely and did my mums helix aswell. Overall lovely staff. Will definitely come here again :)

First time at Underground, I spoke to Amy the day before and she was lovely and very helpful with the piercings I wanted and jewellery to go with what I have already. I was greeted nicely at reception and asked to scan the qr code for the consent form which was great. Will definitely be back in the future.
