New Balance

I had to help an elderly aunt get some walking shoes and came across Brooklyn at New Balance Wembley, wow what a lovely young lady she ran a round the store to help find the perfect shoes(trainers) for my Aunt 23 different varieties later we found a match and all this time Brooklyn was full service with a smile, always heling a 70 year old lady with getting in a nnd out of her shoes etc For service from a beautiful young lady who knows her stuff come to Wembley Designer Outlet oh we got a great deal too we went in thinking we would have to pay £60-£90 and thanks to Brooklyn we spent only £40 ;)

Very nice well laid out store staff were very helpful I liked how spacious and well laid out the items were I will definitely be back in the future so it's a thumbs up recommended.

I went in to by my daughter a pair of trainers. Didn’t have the ones she wanted, but a staff member called Andrew was very helpful in helping me choose another pair. Very friendly and customer based. I’d definitely shop there again.
