Excellent support at short notice to replace both a chain and rear cassette on shimano ultegra drive chain. friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. they were busy but they found the time to help and they had the parts readily available - first class!
I hired a bike from hooked on cycling and the service was amazing. i’m a complete beginner and they helped recommended the right bike and also provided everything i needed. price was great. service was friendly. will defo use again!!
