Very efficient service from Piotr. He was able to fix an issue with my TV at my home while I watched, quickly and with a minimum of fuss. He made no false promises and gave helpful, useful advice. Piotr came out on Friday night around 7:30. Stripped the TV and fitted a new backlight as half the screen went black. It wasn't quite right. He took the TV away fixed it (no additional charge) and I collected it on Monday evening. All fixed and working well.
