I am not sure. no one answered my e-mails on 2 occasions, so i just left it and called people to fix washing machine.
I have just used mandy for the first time after she turned around 6 huge bags of towels for me in one day, with zero notice. i collected them all beautifully folded and smelling incredible. not only did she do a great job at an excellent price, she was a pleasure to deal with. i'll most definitely be back. can't recommend enough.
Mandy was the best. friendly, easy to get ahold of and great service. i needed some help in the middle of a long trip and she came to the rescue. thanks!
