Staff are great. They and many of the members have become good friends of mine. The monthly challenges are always fun and give us something to work towards. Clean, well maintained, plenty of equipment and friendly staff. 10/10 would train here again

Love the flexibility of not being 1restricted to times I can go when I suits me. It can be daunting taking the first steps but the staff always make me feel welcome and at ease. Would highly recommend awesome place to work out
