Excellent service from gemma. went in to view a ball watch and was made to feel really welcome and relaxed. even made me a really nice coffee. i've been to plenty big name jewellery stores but the service here was much better! i'll definitely shop here again.
Had great service in joshua's. the knowledge that lee displayed regarding watches was exceptional and made choosing a gift much easier than i anticipated. would highly recommend.
