i have a private yoga session with Lauren on a regular basis, previously had problems with sciatica Lauren created a plan that really zoned in on the problem. Lovely studio setting Lauren was also very professional and always makes it fun.

Never done Yoga before and was a bit nerves to start but Lauren put me at ease straight away. Has really helped me to relax and can start to feel improvements in my strength and core already. Thanks Lauren!!
