Jon was brilliant, he bent over backwards to try to get us a tank so we wouldn't be without hot water over Christmas. He then chased the manufacturer to get one made urgently and installed it on the same day as delivery. He is diligent and always leaves his work area clean before leaving. He's a pleasure to have in our home.

Jon did a fantastic job at fitting an electric fire in our lounge. We are really happy with his attention to detail resulting in a very professional finish. Jon is totally reliable, diligent and works to a very high standard.
