Jon was brilliant, he bent over backwards to try to get us a tank so we wouldn't be without hot water over christmas. he then chased the manufacturer to get one made urgently and installed it on the same day as delivery. he is diligent and always leaves his work area clean before leaving. he's a pleasure to have in our home.
