Vitality Massage

Visited last minute today due to very sore neck thanks to my newborn. Had possibly one of the most thorough deep/tissue and sports massages I’ve ever had. Combination of techniques due to my needs and Alena seemed to really have a knack for finding exactly where my pain was coming from. Will definitely come back !

Desperately needed a massage for a sore shoulder and glad I booked in with Vitality. Alena was just fantastic, put me at ease, and I walked out feeling thoroughly relaxed. I will certainly be back again.
