Last year had two cancellations but offered other slots quite quickly, this year cancelled 6th June appointment and still haven't heard from them with another day/time. My dog is long-haired and very uncomfortable in this heat. I booked this appointment in March, very disappointed
Really friendly service which is flexible and understanding of my floofy husky's double coat, and dislike of having her paws touched! She's very happy to go here and see the friendly staff
