Had many fantastic experiences at sixt southampton, mainly due to bobby's exceptional service. he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the rental process a breeze. i have never had any issues there, and i always receive the car that i rented (or a better one). highly recommend, especiallty if bobby is there!
What an absolutely brilliant experience and what a truly lovely team of people working there, i'm just sorry i didn't get any of their names! super friendly, enthusiastic, respectful and helpful and the service was first class. if i could give 10 stars i would. excellent all the way, thanks lads.
Every single one of these stars is for one of the best customer experiences i've ever had. i would have been fine and satisfied with 10% of what mat did for me. a genuine care for a customer, open and upfront, communicative and helpful doesn't even begin to describe mat. huge thank you to him and his entire team.
