Rang colin on saturday morning about 11.30. he was taking my machine apart by 12.00! unfortunately it was beyond fixing, but colin didn't charge a fortune to take it apart and put it back together again. in fact, i think he undercharges. will definitely call him again if needed in the future, or recommend.
