Paul is very efficient and friendly. I have used him 3 or 4 times now, once on New Years eve when he came out to fix a burst in my garage and he did not charge me any extra for the inconvenience of coming out on new year's eve. Can't recommend him more highly

Paul responded within days to my broken toilet. He didn’t have the required part once he had assessed what the problem was but went out and picked the part up himself in order to complete the job. He was very professional and I felt confident he was going to do a good job. I would highly recommend.
