Tony is always very helpful, pleasant, friendly and professional, if he gives you a time and is running late he will always let you know, has always attended, when possible in an emergency, or helped by advising over the phone
Had a problem with my house alarm system. contacted tony at crown security who made an appointment. he arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed the fault which he repaired and fitted a new battery as well. all carried out very proficiently and quickly. i would definitely recommend this company. many thanks
