Hired cars numerous with the birkenhead branch.. great location & super friendly team. most recent hire was for 5 days & vehicle provided was superb. upon return, jay who was checking the vehicle in was very polite & engaging asking how the car handled, if any problems. excellent customer service overall. 5 star.
Had the unfortunate experience of having our car written off and enterprise ensured we got a hire car the same day! they have been friendly and efficient at each step, even when we wanted to extend the hire after the insurance hire ended. they went above and beyond for us and we got a great deal. would definitely recommend them.
