Rockhopper Locks Woking

Very quick and friendly service after we had locked ourselves out of our house. Phil also fixed an ongoing issue we had with one of our doors while he was here, can’t ask for more really.

Outstanding customer service from Grasshopper Locks. Great initial installation then the lock became sticky 8 months later (not their fault). They then came within 4 hours and replaced it with no quibble. Just great service all round and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service, Dave was v friendly and quick in coming out to fix my front door. He was also amenable to looking at several other locks in the house which are all now working smoothly. Fair price and great service.
