Shen is such a fantastic teacher for both yoga and Pilates. She is so knowledgeable and such a lovely lady too. I love going to class with Shen every week - a bit a me time in the hectic week!
Shen is fantastic—knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive to each participant's individual ability/needs. The class offers a comprehensive workout, with a focus on core strength and flexibility (ideal for postpartum). The small class sizes are a bonus, with a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
