Rude and uncaring. MOT CENTRE receptionist hanged on me after I asked whether she forgot to book my request made last week. She said she didn't like how I speak and banged her phone. All I wanted was a way forward - possibly a new booking. Woow! What a way to treat people even though it's a family business?
Quick and reliable. Happy to advise on work you can do yourself at home, but happy to do the work if you aren't confident to do it.
