Had a big problem with British Gas over my bills so I spoke to Dawn at Citizens advice and that made a BIG DIFFERENCE there was a lot of work to sort it out but got there in the end my Bill went down from £3600 to £475. So we'll done Citizens Advice Wokingham Thank you so much
