My mum took our very hairy and smelly dog to the groomer came out looking like a new man. soft glossy coat and wasn’t stressed. extremely calm environment. where you say what you want and they achieve it! definitely will be going back. all the groomers we’ve used over the years he’s never came home with a soft glossy coat. very pleased
