Renata is brilliant. firm but very kind. one of the few groomers that will strip the fur rather than cut it. our dog is always very happy when we collect him and looks great!

Renata is so incredibly professional, punctual and prompt. she was able to arrange an appointment for me very short notice and my puppy was in love with her. he came home happy, sleepy and looking and smelling incredible. would highly recommend to anyone looking for an a star service for their dog.
