I came across Mole Accountants a few years ago. I would like to say we met on good terms, but unfortunately I was in desperate need of help as I was under a HMRC personal tax investigation, therefore I was extremely stressed to say the least. Lisa reassured me and held my hand from start to finish. The outcome was great. Lisa has also helped me with VAT registration for my newly formed company, recovering a significant amount of VAT through proper accounting. HMRC opened up another investigation but this time into my business, however yet again it was a walk in the park due to Lisa’s knowledge and expertise. The transitioning of Quickbooks was done without any delay or disruption with the workload I already had. She was only to happy to help in any aspect of her expertise that we required.
