Well, what a great service I had from David. I had ordered a Boss Black ice bike via my works cyclesheme. The service was utterly brilliant and even supplying free delivery for me. A lot of companies could learn a lot from this business. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing advice and/or then needing a bike. Nothing seemed to much for them to deal.with. Thank you.

They are all super friendly and knowledgeable about their trade, the prices are really good and service is fantastic. No complaints.

Visited the store on the Stafford Road with a bike that had been donated to Compton care, unfortunately there was a slight repair that needed fixing before the bike was saleable. Within minutes of entering the Stafford Rd store the bike had been repaired without cost. Thank you to the staff at this cycling shop for your kind help & assistance. X

Good discount on new bikes, affordable bikes and spare parts, excellent customer care, one year free maintenance on any new bike you purchase from Jackson Hateley. I lost my bike and he sold me another bike for a reduced price just to sympathize with my lose. I recommend this bike shop for anyone who wants a proper bike.

Excellent customer service. I visited the shop and Michael helped me with selecting the correct size wheel bicycle for my daughter. The bicycle was delivered free of charge the same day by Barry who also demonstrated how to use the bike rack that they stock on my own car. It was straight forward to use, so I called the shop to complete the purchase. Michael also mentioned on the phone if we had any issues just to get back to them. Looks like I have found the place to get all our future bicycles as the children grow.
