I’ve always used this phone shop for when I needed to get my nephew another iPhone the service I received has always been high standard and I found it quite useful and handy as he is close to where I live I’ve never had a bad experience or service from the owner of the shop I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new phone

Really disgusting service I rang and no answer and then received 2 missed calls to I rang back and said hello and was replied back to by a really rude man to the answer ‘yes’ really rudely I said your a professional business and you are just saying yes he said you rang and said nothing so I’m saying he’s when I clearly said hello he then said so what do you want I said you know what forget it if your going to be rude forget it and put the phone down DO NOT run a business if you do not know how to speak to people!! And has for having ‘friendly service’ in your name that must be a sick joke because you do not speak to Customers like that!!
