They had my phone for THREE weeks told me the first day it needed a screen, after I rang them. Then did nothing to fix the phone or contact me. I was told on the day I dropped off the phone that screen would be done in about 3/4 days. And was never told by anyone that it was a non uk. Also NO one contacted me as I can prove by just going and checking my call logs. BULL

Got my iPhone 12 Pro screen repaired here. Waited 30 minutes and they repaired my phone. Good service, Highly recommended

Worst ever service I’ve ever received , same day service for replacement glass on the back of a iPhone 14, it turned into nearly 3 and a half weeks, promises after promises, the one day I rang and was told phone was ready- finished work early to collect to go to the shop to be told by Aron- we’ve had to send it to hickory heath??? the phone was rose gold, they eventually sent it back with a white back? Sent it back they assured me again same day, yet again no- 3 days later I get it back with a silver back, asked for a refund and got offered £25 !! Absolute joke of a shop, wouldn’t trust them with a toy phone, if I could give no stars I would.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and give wonderful service. I had accidentally turned on the visually impaired function on my Google pixel 6 phone. They sorted it in 30 seconds. I would definitely recommend this shop.
