Pro-Phone Repairs

After 9 years of good luck, I finally made a school boy error and dropped my i Phone down the toilet. Although the phone seemed totally un-responsive it still sent the odd notification to my watch which gave me hope. I went down to the shop (pro phone repairs), which I found on a Google search for shops in my local area, and it was fixed and working perfectly within 40 minutes. It's not a budget replacement screen, it feels and views as good as the original part so I couldn't be happier. Good price, good service, good person running the shop who was happy to chat while he fixed the phone. Would happily recommend.

Highly recommended. I had an issue with my phone not charging that turned out to be uneconomical to fix so there was no fee even though he did spend quite some time on it. I did offer to pay but he politely refused. When I got home I discovered it now charged, it was only at 'quick' level and not 'fast', however this is sufficient for all my needs and is still faster than the 'fast' wireless charging rate and having to use those pads. Thanks again!!

My samsung s20fe stopped working. The guy could not be more helpful, fixing my phone within an hour. Unfortunately I took it away and within an hour it wasn't working again. I took it back a second time and he apologised and stayed late on a Friday to sort it for me. Would highly recommend 👍

These guys have gone above and beyond to resolve my problems. Dropped Pro20 and screen went black so couldn't access anything. I run a business from my phone so this was major. I decided to buy a new phone , these guys quoted me £60 to fit one of their screens on and transfer everything for me. I thought £60 was expensive for that but I needed it done so paid it. As with most things it was quite straight forward and in my opinion they've ended up doing much more work. My opinion has now changed- £60 is an excellent value cost!!! Transferred 95% of my phone's content. Transferred all my 5k plus photos to a memory stick. Re-ordered another screen so that we can access the 5% of information that hadn't transferred originally - very grateful of this as it was my notes containing all my passwords. Kept the screen on so I can double check I've not missed anything else. All completed within 48 hours. Great friendly service and I'll be recommending to all family and friends . Thank you!
