Ming Moon Chinese Restaurant

First time at this Ming Moon. We've been to the Birmingham one, which was OK. This was lacking a little. The carpets were sticky obviously from spilt food and drink, and the seats were in really bad repair where they used gaffa tape to hide the holes. Selction of food was good but again not as vast as the Birmingham restaurant. Strange one was they do candy floss as one of the deserts, very strange.. price was about average for that kind of establishment. We did see rats scurrying around outside, but I guess that's likely by most eateries, so I can't really hold that against them. It was a bit quiet when we went so the atmosphere was a bit dull. I'm not sure if this is anything to do with the food or hygiene standards, which were quite good to be fair, but when we got home, we were both on the toilet for a considerable time. Again, this could be a coincidence.

Party of 4 We arrived at Ming Moon at 8pm, waited at the bar to be served drinks for around 10 minutes. We was shown to our table and then we went for food. Food was nice, not the best but was certainly not the worst. Unfortunately ran out of a few dishes and these were not replaced. Overall the atmosphere was great, service was good once seated and was all in all a good evening.

I haven't been to the restaurant since my birthday in January. The food was good, it was warm, and the staff were friendly. I can only ask if the sign of the car park is more visible - 3 hours free of charge. Highly recommended, I will be back.💯👌🙏😊
