What an incredible store. excellent staff who were all extremely professional. they fixed the screen of my samsung n20 ultra and did it within the time frame originally quotes. i will be using this store again without a doubt when needed for phone or laptop repairs. thank you to all at pocket geek.
I can say only 25 out of 10 for the service and the advice they provide. thanks to their advice and expertise i have been able to exit a 24 month contract with a service provider! thank you so much!
Found the shop by accident while looking for another shop that could replace battery of my old iphone. front of house chap was super friendly and efficient. back of house staff were very efficient. there was a small problem when i discovered the touch response on the screen wouldn’t work after the replacement but when i took it back the next day they sorted that out without fuss or charge. highly recommend them.
