I bought a fragile 200 year-old drawing at an online auction. MBE Wolverhampton were recommended by the auctioneer. The item was packed very carefully indeed and arrived to a pre-agreed schedule. Had I gone to collect the item myself the petrol cost alone would have exceeded MBE's charge. MBE Wolverhampton provided exemplary service.

Framed print collected from auction house and forwarded to me. Very well packaged. Plenty of bubble wrap to protect the contents and securely packaged. Excellent customer services - bit of a problem with UPS delivery company and Mailbox responded quickly and helpfully in response. Would definitely use again and would recommend them.

Having bought some items remotely at auction is always a bit worrying getting things delivered safely. However these guys are superb, helpful from the start, very reasonable prices considering the items value and packed so carefully they'd probably have survived a direct hit from a drone strike. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The price of the service for taking items from the auction houses and delivering them is quite costly, but is worth the money. My item was taken from the auction house in time. My recipient couldn't receive the item at once as was absent for a week, so I agreed the terms of delivery and the item was delivered strictly according to the agreement and very well packed (it was a fragile item, so packing appropriately was really important). The on-line support service is very well organized. As I participated in such an auction for the first time I had many questions about the process of taking the item from the auction house and its delivery and the support service answered them all promptly. I definitely recommend this delivery company!
