All very efficient and professional. the dentist explained what he was going to do during this "check up" appointment and when he had finished he explained that all was satisfactory, there were no problems and he would see me in six months. an appointment was duly made and i came away feeling happy and fully satisfied.

Good experience as can be when seeing a dentist or hygenist. treated with courtesy and kindness. great, as dentists go. also great advice in oral maintenance of both gums and teeth. as we all know, prevention is better than cure. roman

So, the hugely scared dentalphobe had to have two extractions. poor old mat and the amazing charlie somehow managed this incredible feat. not only did they manage to talk me through having impressions made (and i'm not talking tommy cooper or frank spencer), they jointly instilled so much trust in me, due to their joint patience and kindness, that i actually returned the next day for the extractions. can't say it was the best day of my life, but i can say it was a lot quicker than i expected. also, my new smile fits perfectly, looks pretty damn good if i say so myself. but the best bit, within 36 hours i gingerly removed them for the first time, and i had already healed up. i only had one painkiller, as well, and that was on returning home. thank you all so much. all the staff are always friendly and helpful. i would say i can't wait to see you all again, but that would be a fib. xxxxx
