Rock House Dental Practice

Highly recommend. Friendly atmosphere, informative and I felt completely at ease during procedures. My initial appointment back in January was an emergency. I was seen promptly by a fantastic dentist, who recommended a filling instead of a crown, which to me shows honesty and a care for saving as much of a tooth, over profit. I have since been back for hygiene appointment. Very thorough and I’m very pleased. Finally found a super dentist!

Overall amazing experience from the first phone call with my enquiry being answered polity and professionally to the numerous reminders via text email and phone call (this was a lifesaver and much appreciated) the waiting room is clean and tidy. Then into my appointment now I’m not a fan of dentists but Dr Aron was calming from the moment I walked in explained everything that she was doing and even managed to get me to have a deep clean/ scale and polish (first and last one of these was 14 years somewhere else). I’ve never been happier with the look of my teeth and this is only the first visit.

I initially went to Rock House because of the good reviews. I had toothache and was seen quickly, despite the fact that I was not yet a patient. The problem was dealt with and I registered with the practice. The dentists have always been straightforward and honest about what needs doing - and the reverse. I knew I needed work and once this was completed it has just been check-ups and hygienist work. At all times everyone at the practice has been helpful and polite.

Having had a hard time with my last dentist I rang Rock House and was delighted that within a couple of rings the phone was answered. Receptionist listened intently to my problem and asked if could be there within the hour. Upon my arrival found plenty of car parking space. I was greeted by name and requested to fill in form with my personal details. Then at the appointed time I was seen by the dentist. He gave a thorough examination and X-rays. He was very cooperative and professional. He outlined a course of treatment required which I found most informative as my old dentist had not identified any of my problems. The whole experience was lovely and everyone was so nice. They obviously care about their patients and took me on as a new patient.

It was our first visit and all the staff at Rock Dental Practice were kind, caring and helpful. Very professional treatment and excellent advice given. The waiting room is spacious and welcoming and there's a on site carpark too! I would have no hesitation in recommending Rock Dental Practice. Thanks to all the staff. Paul & Sally
