Called and had a response in 5/10 minutes as he was passing by. Problem was diagnosed and fixed in the hour. Can't ask for more and he was polite and professional. Exceeded my expectations and i will use again if needed. Definitely would recommend.

Phoned Ian about problem with my washing machine not spinning. After a brief discussion Ian gave me an estimate for the work and said he would come round the following morning. He arrived absolutely on time and introduced himself. He immediately identified the problem, had the part on his van and my machine was working within 20 minutes. The charge was exactly what he had quoted. What a pleasure to meet such a pleasant and efficient person who is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly use him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Thank you Ian.

Ian has recently repaired both my washer and dryer and I can't recommend enough. Fast and efficient Service, he even came out same day this time which was amazing!!

I messaged Ian on a Saturday, as I knew it would be Monday before I heard from him. He emailed back on Sunday telling me he would phone me on Monday morning, which he did. We arranged a time for Tuesday morning, and typically, the bloody dryer never made its noise!! I had recorded it, so Ian listened and asked questions. Within 30 minutes of arriving, Ian had my dryer on the go again, as quiet as before. Would highly recommend Ian. Super nice guy, seemed honest and very upfront. Knew his stuff too!
