Hickton Family Funeral Directors (Wolverhampton)

Dealing with my first personal loss when my wife, Mandy, passed away I was completely lost, didn't have the foggiest idea what to do, until I visited Hickton's on Penn Rd. Laura, sat down with me and took me through everything, paperwork arrangements, options. Her Honesty (a quality rarely found nowadays) shone through, her care and sense of what I wanted was her main priority, I cannot express how much that meant to me, and my wife's family. Even though my wife's family Funeral Director was only 2 doors away I did not feel the need to search any further. From my first visit to finally collecting her remains, everything and anything was never a problem, total care. Laura, Callum and Philip, the Celebrant, were brilliant. Myself and my family were fortunate to have chosen Hicktons to help organise the funeral of my late wife. They offered me good advice and support but above all, time to make my decisions. Thank you to all, especially Laura.

From start to finish, Laura helped us with everything, she was caring, empathetic and above all professional. Dad had to be repatriated and Laura organised everything very efficiently and in a short space of time. Whilst in her care dad was treated with care and dignity. During this sad and trying time Laura made it that little it easier for us,keeping us up to date at each stage of dad's funeral and repatriation.
