Our father died unexpectedly, but the one thing he did before he died, was tell us he wanted Hopcraft funeral directors. We understood exactly why, Ryan was so helpful and understanding, he helped us so much, he was genuine caring and answered our phone calls as soon as we rang him, even on his day off! We were very pleased with all the staff from Hopcraft and our father had a very good send off. He would have been pleased and proud. Hopcraft Funerals we're really Great from the start, we hadn't looked anywhere else so from day one we were welcomed there was no rushing us thinking we only had a certain amount of time, No one likes to go to funeral directors at all but we as a family felt very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble you can call or email at anytime. We decided to to ask Ryan if they could dress my husband in his own clothes ready for us to view him, this was not a problem & my goodness I couldn't fault my husband looked beautiful so Ty Ryan great work. Very respectful compassionate company I am very pleased. Letting off The doves were a fabulous end to the service. The funeral celebrant Esther Pitt this was outstanding service thank you very much. We had an excellent experience with Hopcraft’s from the moment the hearse appeared at our late friend’s home to the time when mourners were driven to the wake. Our dear departed friend, Gordon Hands, was very special to us, but also an important member of The Grand Theatre. Ryan, who dealt with our enquiries and gave us lots of support throughout, arranged for the cars to stop outside the theatre for staff to pay their respects. He organised everything so carefully, and his team could not have been more kind, respectful and smart.Ryan also had the difficult task of liaising with the next of kin, who lived a distance away, and he did this with great skill and thoughtfulness throughout. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Hopcraft’s for anyone wanting to arrange the best funeral possible for their loved ones.
