I would highly recommend Jennings to anyone who has suffered a bereavement. From start to finish they are so professional and very caring and understanding to how you are feeling during your loss.We would especially like to thank Michelle and Mitch who are a credit to Jennings also to Les who was the vicar to my late aunt's funeral who i found very caring and compassionate in his job. From the initial contact with Hollie and then Michelle for the organising of my late cousins funeral, both very reassuring. Special mention for Hollie on the day, she carried out special request I had made and was very professional and put me very much at ease cannot thank jennings enough for service they provided.

When my beloved Mom passed away just before Christmas and in line with Moms wishes we contacted Jennings Funeral Directors to arrange her final journey. You only get one chance at giving a loved one the perfectly fitting bespoke service that they deserve and that is most definitely what we and Hollie from Jennings were able to work together to create and all our wishes were met with a respectful, positive ‘can do’ attitude. From the initial appointment with Hollie, the subsequent appointments, to being driven away from the service by her, Hollie exceeded any customer service levels that we’d ever experienced. As a family we have always used Jennings Funeral Directors and we all agree that Hollie is a true credit to the company. Thanks to everyone at Jennings and particularly to Hollie for helping us do Mom proud.

From the initial meeting to discuss Dad’s funeral we were put at ease with any worries we had. Amanda was so empathetic and nothing was too much trouble. I was amazed that they arranged everything to make it easy for us. The professionalism was comforting and they appreciated our requests, everything was so smooth from start to finish, communication was excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble. They accommodated our Dog who has separation issues and made her so welcome and even volunteered to look after her on day of funeral at their offices…. Way above and beyond! Hollie was fantastic on the funeral day and looked after us throughout the ceremony… so professional and friendly! Glad we chose Jennings and would certainly recommend. Thank you everyone

We contacted Jennings Horsley Fields when my brother sadly passed away. From start to finish the staff here assured us that they would take care of everything and guide my mum and I every step of the way. That’s exactly what they did! I can’t tell you how I’m incredible they were. Nothing was too much trouble, they listened to us and were sympathetic and comforting throughout. I genuinely believe my brother would not of had the send off he deserved if we had gone elsewhere. They were incredibly respectful to my brother in the chapel of rest and made one of the worst days of my life bearable. His final journey was beautiful in every way possible thanks to Jennings.
