From my first contact with mark at jacksons funeral services to my last, i felt that he and his team was ensuring that my needs were met. i had rang other funeral places but didn’t feel the warmth generated by jacksons. even little things like a phone call out the blue to check everything was ok, just made it feel very personal to me. the fees quoted were adhered to (some things which are clearly explained are extras) but the final fee was less than others were quoting. i never felt pressured or rushed in all my dealings. a big thank you and well done the whole team both front of house and behind the scenes. i used oxley branch.

Mark met me at very short notice, as i needed to transfer my dad to cardiff university, as my dad had requested that his remains were to be donated to science. my dad had originally bequeathed his body to birmingham university, but unfortunately there wasn't any room, so we had to locate another university at very short notice, to ensure that dad's wished could be met. mark was very helpful and provided additional services at no extra cost that were not included in the original quote, for transporting dad to cardiff and mark informed my that my dad was now resting in cardiff university. i am so grateful for the excellent service provided at this difficult time and following our meeting, i checked other funeral directors to compare the cost of what we required and all of them were over 3 times the cost that mark charged me. thank you

M jackson and son were appointed to look after the funeral arrangements of my mother and the standard of care and communication was excellent , we were allowed to visit my mother in the chapel of rest whenever we wanted and it was so easy to talk over things with mark jackson. everything was perfect on the day of the funeral and we were treated with utmost respect by mark's team . i have no hesitation in recommending m jackson & son if you are looking to have an independent family establishment manage the funeral/s of your loved one/s.
