I had seen lots of sofas in birmingham but i read about the sofa factory and it’s positive reviews, so i travelled an hour to them to see if everything i had heard was true- i can honestly say the service i received here was the best ever. mark is such a genuine and friendly person that i was sold instantly. the range of sofas available under one roof is fantastic- we were having work done so needed a sofa faster than their usual timings. not only did he ensure that the measurements were accurate( we were dealing with tight spaces) he came and measured for us and explained the process and accommodated all the changes we wanted to make. we placed our order and had it delivered to us within 4 weeks! i absolutely love it!!! can’t recommend this place enough. i will definitely be using mark again and have already starting designing our next sofa. thank you mark and the delivery staff who did a superb job. the whole company is friendly and respectful- will not be using anyone else for sofas again.

Have recently purchased a custom made sofa from sofa factory. the customer service particularly from mark has been spot on! he has been very professional and genuinely helped us design the best sofa for our space. although the leg colour was slightly wrong, mark was quick to fix this issue with no hassle to myself at all. we are really happy with our sofa and have a lot of compliments from family and friends, they are comfortable and of excellent quality! keep up the great work sofa factory! :)
