Perfect gym, also it’s all ladies gym which is just what I was looking for , so welcoming, kind and friendly, helped me with building my fitness confidence, gave me a plan to work off to build my strength I am very happy and enjoy attending thank you

To celebrate the festival of Holi our new instructor Kiran held a great team building, joyful, colourful workout class which combined bangra, cardio and lots of fun. We thoroughly enjoyed the class and look forward to many more like this. Good fun for all.

Very good gym! The intimate environment makes working out feel like a breeze. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Recommend for anyone looking for a more personal gym experience!
