Friendly gym, friendly and approachable staff. Nothings a problem for them and they are happy to help with any questions you may have about working out or certain machines in general! Well kept, staff are always on top of keeping the place clean!

Very friendly people guy at door was very helpful as it was my first time in a gym for some years there is a very large amount of workout machines and loose weights and dumbbells there is also a very good range of classes to chose from very highly recommended.

Brilliant gym with really lovely helpful staff. One thing I love is how clean the whole gym and especially the showers are, it's one thing that makes me keep coming back as I feel like the place is really cared about. The gym has all the equipment I need and some I have only just learnt about plus the lovely aquamassage beds. Again I love how clean it all is, and how the customers and staff all seem to respect the place. Top marks from me!
